WESTLAKE, Ohio - The man who brought a bag of weapons into Crocker Park's Regal Cinema Batman movie was in Judge Kathleen Ann Satula's court Thursday.
The details of Smith's house arrest were disclosed during the hearing.
According to Judge Sutula, Smith has total restriction from the Promenade, Crocker Park Regal Cinema and Crocker Park.
Smith is only allowed to leave his home for work, medical, and psychological appointments. He is also allowed out of his home for probation meeting and court hearings.
Smith had been in jail. His wife posted bond and he will be released from jail Thursday.
Smith is charged with 4 counts of carrying various weapons, 1 count carrying a concealed weapon with no permit and 1 count of carrying a weapon under disability.
Another court date has not yet been scheduled.
