Independence man wins $200,000 on Ohio Lottery scratch-off game

CLEVELAND - Three Cuyahoga County residents won big by playing Ohio Lottery games.

Zoryana Romanko of Parma won $30,000 on Thrilling 3s and Brian Cengic of Independence won $200,000 on Money Mania Double Play. The Ohio Lottery said James Kelty of Cleveland matched all five numbers on Feb. 18’s Rolling Cash 5 and won $100,000.

After taxes, Romanko gets $21,300, Cengric gets $142,000 and Kelty gets $71,000.
