CLEVELAND - A Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Judge was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence after being found drunk in the Cleveland Metroparks earlier this month.
Metroparks rangers were alerted to a car that was not moving at the intersection of Valley Parkway and Cedar Point Road in the early morning hours of Dec. 17, Metroparks Ranger spokeswoman Monica Banks-Heinz said. Rangers found Judge Peter J. Corrigan inside the car.
After an investigation, Corrigan was taken back to headquarters, where his blood-alcohol content tested at .152, rangers said.
He was charged OVI, prohibited concentration of alcohol and impeding traffic.
