OAKWOOD VILLAGE, Ohio - UPDATE at 10:39 p.m.: Joseph Johnston has been found safe.

Authorities are looking for a 73-year-old man with dementia who left a group home in Oakwood Village.

Joseph Johnston walked away from the Lamson House heading east on Forbes Road with his walker at about 3:30 p.m. on Monday.

Police said Johnston suffers from dementia and needs anti-seizure medicine. He has gray hair and brown eyes. He weighs about 134 pounds and is 5 foot 8.
