CLEVELAND - Cleveland rolled out the red carpet Sunday night to celebrate the Academy Awards.
"This is probably one of the best events in Cleveland," said party attendee Christopher Axelrod.
The Greater Cleveland Film Commission hosted the Road to the red carpet event at Cleveland's Pickwick & Frolic. The organization's goal is to bring Hollywood producers to Cleveland to shoot films.
"This keeps our doors open," said Ivan Schwartz of the Cleveland Film Commission.
Money raised from the event goes to help the Greater Cleveland Film Commission.
