CLEVELAND - Cleveland Police are investigating a double shooting early Saturday morning that killed one person.

According to Cleveland Police, officers were called out for shots fired in the area of E.112th and Buckeye inside of the Phase III Lounge around 1:04 a.m.

Officers arrived on scene and located two victims with gunshot wounds.

One victim, 31-year-old Anthony Burns of Cleveland, was located inside of the establishment with a gunshot wound to the chest.  He was transported to MetroHealth Medical Center where he later died as a result of his injuries.

A second victim was shot in the leg during the incident and taken to Kaiser ER by private auto where he was treated for his injuries. The identity of the second victim is unknown at this time.

The preliminary investigation reveals that four males were involved in an argument with security at the establishment; this lead to a physical altercation during which one of the suspects produced a handgun and shot both victims.

Four males have been arrested and one of  is a juvenile. The three adult male suspects were booked at the Central Prison Unit. The juvenile suspect was booked and housed at the DH.

Cleveland Police said the incident remains under investigation.
