CLEVELAND - A Cleveland man won the Ohio Lottery top prize drawing of $100,000 playing the instant game Blackout Bingo.
John Haoui received $71,000 after federal and state taxes.
There were more than a dozen entries in the top prize drawing and John Haoui claimed the entry ticket on Aug. 15, 2012. The top prize drawing ticket worth $5,500 automatically qualified Haoui into the final drawing, which was conducted on Sept. 18.
John Haoui purchased the ticket from Frank’s Deli in Cleveland. Frank’s Deli received $1,000 bonus for selling the ticket.
