PARMA, Ohio - The body of a white male was found at the West Creek Reservation of the Metroparks, according to rangers.

Metropark spokeswoman Diana Kall said a visitor alerted the rangers about the remains at about 2 p.m. Friday. The body was behind a building that's under construction.

That area of the Metropark is still being developed and isn’t scheduled to open until September.

Kall said the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office will determine the identity. The rangers are calling this a death investigation, but would not elaborate on the circumstances.
