PARMA, Ohio - Investigators have identified the man who was found dead at the West Creek Reservation of the Cleveland Metroparks .

Family members and fingerprints helped identify 27-year-old Kevin Hitchcock, of Cleveland.

A visitor found the man's body and alerted rangers around 2 p.m. Friday. Hitchcock was found dead behind a building that is under construction, a section of the park that is slated to open in September.

The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office and the Cleveland Metroparks Rangers continue to investigate the man's death, noting the incident remains under investigation.

This section of the Metroparks is located on West Ridgewood off of Broadview Road.
