OAKWOOD VILLAGE, Ohio - Cleveland police are at a waste plant in Oakwood Village in connection with the disappearance of 3-year-old Emilliano Terry , Det. Jennifer Ciaccia said.

The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office said they were called to 7450 Oak Leaf Dr. in Oakwood Monday night. The address is listed as a Waste Management plant.

At about 7:15 p.m., the medical examiner's office said the remains found have not been identified. At 8:35 p.m . Monday, the medical examiner's office left the plant.

Cleveland police also said they could not confirm if the boy is Terry, who went missing just after 5 p.m. on Sunday from Kossuth Park.

Terry's mother, 20-year-old Camilia Terry, told police she was pushing one of her two other children on the swing when the 3-year-old disappeared. Camilia’s 5-year-old told officers he saw a car in the area, but Cleveland Police Cmdr. Dion McCauley said there is no evidence placing Emilliano in the car.

In a tearful call to 911 , Camilia Terry described what her son was wearing and said it was about 15 minutes since she last saw the boy.
