SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio - Bob Evans is one of eight new restaurants that will be opening in a South Euclid shopping center this year.
According to Keith Ari Benjamin, director of community services for the city of South Euclid, the Bob Evans is opening Friday at Cedar Center, which is located at the intersection of Cedar and Fenwick roads.
The restaurant opening is part of a redevelopment project at the center, and will feature Bob Evans’ new architectural design.
The first 100 customers after its 5:30 a.m. Friday opening will receive free breakfast.
Benjamin said these seven businesses will soon join Bob Evans:
- Panera Bread Bakery-Café
- Five Guys Burger & Fries
- Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches
- Chipotle Mexican Grill
- Piada Italian Street Food
- Starbucks
- China Gate Chinese Restaurant
The additional restaurants are expected to open by the end of 2012.
