CLEVELAND - A tractor-trailer and an SUV collided on the Interstate 77 ramp from Interstate 90 westbound in Cleveland after 7 p.m. Thursday evening, sending both off the roadway and into a ditch.
Cleveland police and EMS, as well as a private ambulance, were at the scene. Information on injuries is not yet available.
The ramp was narrowed from two lanes to one at the scene to accommodate safety personnel.
