PARMA, Ohio - Food lovers will have a golden opportunity to taste popular dishes from area eateries while helping local students in the process.
On Wednesday, Sept. 26, the Parma City Schools Foundation, Inc. will be hosting "Taste of the Town" from 6 to 9 p.m. at Carrie Cerino's Ristorante & Party Center at 8922 Ridge Rd. in North Royalton.
Participants will be able to taste food from 20 restaurants in the Parma, Parma Heights, Seven Hills and Broadview Heights areas. There will also be entertainment, raffles, door prizes and silent auctions.
All proceeds from the event will go toward acquiring technology for Parma City School District that will benefit all students.
