ROCKY RIVER, Ohio - Rocky River police have identified a 21-year-old man as the shooter in a Tuesday night homicide.
Donovan Owens is accused of killing one and injuring another in the shooting in the 20800 block of Westway Drive.
Police said they attempted to serve an arrest warrant with SWAT Wednesday night on Auburn Avenue in Cleveland but the suspect was not at his home.
The vehicle used in the shooting was found at the home and towed but Owens remains at large, according to police.
They also said Owens was known by the shooting victim, 39-year-old Michael Macgillis Jr.
Police also released information about the victim who was injured in the shooting. Andrew Geraci, 43, remains hospitalized with three gunshot wounds.
Owens should be considered armed and dangerous.
