CLEVELAND - More than 600 children are in foster care in Cuyahoga County waiting to be adopted.
NewsChannel5 anchor Mike Dunston and the Cuyahoga Department of Children and Family Services are teaming up to bring you "A Child Is Waiting" segments each month.
