CLEVELAND - A Lakewood man was sentenced to 15 years in prison for a deadly car crash at a street festival this summer.
Timothy Spock, 35, drove his 2005 Toyota Scion through metal barriers and into a crowd gathered for the "Dancing In The Streets" Festival on West 117th Street in Cleveland in July. Two people were killed and three others were injured.
In court Wednesday, Henry Andelmo, father of victim Mitchell Andelmo, described the pain of losing his only son.
Last month, Spock pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated vehicular assault and one count of driving under the influence.
