19-year-old Solon woman nearly hits patrol car on traffic stop, charged with OVI

SOLON, Ohio - A traffic stop went wrong for a Solon woman early Monday.

Nineteen-year-old Jennifer Leigh Frankino, of Solon, was arrested and charged with OVI after she almost hit a patrol car after being pulled over on State Route 43 near Glennallen Boulevard.

Frankino was stopped by another officer in the B.P. station at the corner of State Route and State Route 91.

She took a breath test that had a result of blood alcohol content of .184.
