CLEVELAND - Although, it hasn’t been a “bad” winter when it comes to weather, the winter doldrums are setting in.
We had a lot of fun during the holidays and now in mid January, there isn't nearly as much excitement! So I guess I shouldn’t have been surprised when I heard those three little words the other day, “Mommy, I’m bored." How can you be bored, I thought, you don’t even know what it is!
So in an attempt to break up the winter blahs, Camille and I spent a recent day off on a play date. They’re not just for kids, you know. It gives us mommies a little time to talk, laugh and realize that we are not alone in the chaos of life. In fact, the more I talk with other mothers the more I realize most of us are in the same boat, too much to do and not enough time to do it all!
xoxo,
Tracy
