CLEVELAND - If you have the tools and the technology I would like to volunteer to be the next bionic woman. I feel that's the only way I can survive this supernatural energy that Chase possesses. People ask me about Chase all the time and my response is the same. He is great and I am worn out.

So here are some highlights for you. Our morning routine used to consist of Disney Channel only. Well, now my 2 and a half year old has switched to PBS Kids, which I love. His favorite show is Super WHY. He knows the theme song forward and backward and yells, "Mommy come on. Super WHY is coming." He gets excited and starts running toward the television.

Chase has also graduated to superhero status. He loves Spider-Man. He actually calls him "Bider Man." We've gone through several phases with the little guy - Mickey Mouse, Elmo, and now Spider-Man. So of course, mommy went to YouTube and played the original Spider-Man theme song. Now we both sing it together. We sing it in the morning. We sing it in the evening. We sing it all over this land.

One thing that has stayed consistent is that he still believes he is the cover model for TQ Magazine, Toddler Quarterly.  Like clockwork, I dress him for daycare and he immediately goes to the mirror to check out my styling expertise. He now tells me which shirt he likes and what shoes he wants to wear. He's quite the little fashion bug.

Next, is Woody. My husband bought Chase the Woody action figure from Toy Story. Well, Woody is now a major figure in all of our lives. Woody must go to bed with him, eat with him, ride in the car with him, go to church with him, go to potty with him, etc.  Woody is everywhere all the time. He wanted to take Woody to daycare but I convinced him that Woody needs to stay home and protect me. Hey, a mom has to do what a mom has to do. Plus, it works every time.

Chase loves to dance and likes to show off his moves to people at the grocery store, the mall, the park, wherever there's an audience. Beyonce's "Move Your Body" is at the top of the Chase Chart right now. And guess who wants to dance with him? Mommy! Yeah. My rickety old bones aren't what they used to be, so a Beyonce workout usually has me sweating and barely breathing after 10 minutes.

But I must say this toddler stage is fun. I love watching his development and being very active with him.  He is my little honey bunny!
