CLEVELAND - If you could // Would you live // On a wooden street. // Of course, you would. // And I would, too.
Poetry or not, the wooden street does exist. Walking its wooden way in the city of Cleveland is like strolling into the long-ago past.
On NewsChannel5's "Live on Five" broadcast Friday at 5 p.m., I will take you for a comfortable stroll on a street that is not of asphalt, concrete, or brick. It is composed completely of blocks of wood.
If there is really an "easy street," this thoroughfare is it. We will walk it together Friday afternoon. So take off your shoes and let the wood grain tickle your toes.
