YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - One of the suspects charged in a northeast Ohio fraternity house shooting that killed one person and wounded 11 has pleaded guilty in a deal with prosecutors.

They alleged 21-year-old Mark Jones of Youngstown gave his brother a gun that was fired into the house near Youngstown State University in February 2011. Jones pleaded guilty Tuesday to a reduced charge of involuntary manslaughter and 10 counts of felonious assault.

Prosecutors were expected to recommend a sentence of 10 years in prison for him.

His brother, Columbus Jones Jr., was convicted earlier this year in the murder of a 25-year-old YSU senior and the wounding of the surviving victims. He was sentenced to 92 years to life in prison.

A third defendant is scheduled to go on trial this month.
