EAST CLEVELAND, Ohio - The subject of an exclusive 5 On Your Side investigation suspected of killing his girlfriend less than a year after being paroled has been captured by federal marshals.
Marlon Ricks was captured by U.S. Marshals in East Cleveland after getting off a bus, according to U.S. Marshal Pete Elliott.
Ricks has been a fugitive and on the run since the murder.
Ricks is suspected of killing his girlfriend last March over the objections of Cuyahoga County prosecutors who warned he would kill again.
An exclusive 5 On Your Side investigation in November revealed how Ricks and other Ohio inmates were part of a growing number of Ohio inmates being released from prison by the Ohio Parole Board.
