CLEVELAND - New information emerged Wednesday during an emergency custody hearing for the two remaining children of Camilia Terry, who is now charged in the death of her 3-year-old son, Emilliano.

Cuyahoga County Children and Family Services have placed Terry's 5-year-old and 5-month-old in foster homes while they continue to look for any suitable relatives who may be eligible for custody.

In the same hearing, court documents identified Jermaine Davis, father of the 5-month-old child, along with Camilia Terry, as being involved in what was described an "an incident of domestic violence."

No further information or details were released, but the incident was described as "needing further investigation."

Meanwhile, Karl Hackney was identified as the father of Camilia's 5-year-old son and was described as failing to regularly support, visit or communicate with the child.

Additional court documents reveal that in September 2008, a counselor wrote that Camilia Terry "is exhibiting mood swings."

In January, 2009, case workers described Terry as being "evasive with the agency" and said she had plans to place Emilliano--who she was pregnant with--up for adoption.

But just last February, case workers wrote Terry was "attending counseling and performed her duties well as a mother."
