BROOKLYN, Ohio - Talks resume next week on plans by Hugo Boss to shut down its men's suit factory near Cleveland.

The April 27 shutdown could cost 375 jobs. The union, which says the Brooklyn, Ohio, plant is profitable, has attracted support from political leaders and actor Danny Glover.

The company says the plant isn't globally competitive.

The Workers United union said Wednesday both sides agreed to talk after a regional National Labor Relations Board finding. The agency says there's probable cause to believe Hugo Boss hadn't negotiated in good faith.

"I was so happy and thankful at the same time we're going to have the chance to go back to the table," said nine year employee Wanda Novarro.

In a statement Hugo Boss said "We are returning to the table in hopes that the union is ready to accept the company's proposal or propose another solution we find workable."

Workers know that means unless deep cuts are made the company will likely continue it's stance the Brooklyn facility is no longer globally competitive.

When asked if they were cuts she was willing to make Wanda Novarro said "Yes, we're ready, that's something we talkĀ  (about) and at least we still going to have a job."
