HUDSON, Ohio - Hudson residents fed up with burglars that have been hitting their community are promising to take back their neighborhood.
A homeowner named Paul, who asked that his last name not be published, was robbed sometime between Saturday and Sunday afternoon.
The thieves made off with TV sets, jewelery, golf clubs, and an SUV that was parked in the garage.
A neighbor ten doors away was hit during that same time frame. And, his next door neighbor was robbed July 4th.
Paul said the homeowners are researching possible solutions to the problem, including video monitoring systems with license plate recognition.
"We will solve this problem if we have to do it ourselves," he said.
The homeowners plan to meet with the Hudson City Council Wednesday night.
