Hearing on gun charges Friday in Maryland for Cavs' Delonte West

A Cleveland Cavalier may have to appear in court Friday on out-of-state gun charges.
Legal motions are expected in Maryland regarding Delonte West.
Maryland authorities said West was carrying loaded handguns and a shotgun while riding a motorcycle in September.
The charges are misdemeanors, but each gun count carries a maximum sentence of three years in prison.
His trial begins later this month.
