CLEVELAND - "Hard Hatted Women" is a program designed for young girls ages 11-13 to give them exposure to non-traditional occupations and other non-traditional careers.
The kids can learn carpentry, electrical work, bike safety and other activities. Program organizers said it helps the kids learn confidence and self-esteem.
On Tuesday, the girls were building tool boxes. The girls showed much enthusiasm and they all said they love the program.
