Jurors have unanimously agreed the death penalty is an appropriate sentence for Joseph Thomas, the man convicted of killing Mentor-on-the-Lake bartender Annie McSween in 2010. On Monday, a judge decides whether he lives or dies.

A 108-yard kickoff return by Jacoby Jones ties the NFL mark as Baltimore edges Dallas 31-29.
