WARREN, Ohio - A stunned and grieving father is among those who have visited what has become a memorial to six Warren teenagers killed in a single-vehicle crash.
Fifteen-year-old Daylan Ray is among the dead. Two teens escaped the sport utility vehicle after it veered into a guardrail, and overturned into a swampy pond this morning just south of Wooster.
Derrick Ray says his son was an aspiring prep football player who was out with friends. He went to the site where mourners have been piling up stuffed bears and notes. He had been to the county morgue first.
Ray says he doesn't know what caused the accident. He says: "All I know is my baby is gone."
