OBERLIN, Ohio - Oberlin College is about to open the new Litoff Building for jazz studies.

The new facility is a $24 million expansion of the college's renown Conservatory of Music.

Noted entertainers Stevie Wonder and Bill Cosby will attend the dedication ceremonies.

Music Conservatory Dean David Stull gave NewsChannel5 an exclusive personal tour of the project - touting it's eco-friendly features.

Stull recently accepted the National Medal of Arts, the highest award given by the U.S. government to artists and art patrons in recognition of their creative expressions.

President Barack Obama presented the award at a White House ceremony in late February.
