CLEVELAND - Viewer photos of a lawn covered in cottonwood seeds make it look like it snowed in Northeast Ohio.
NewsChannel5 viewer Marjorie Hildebrandt took these photos and e-mailed them to the station.
She said this is what it looked like along her street last week when it was 80 degrees outside. The cottonwood seed pods covered the grass, appearing like snow.
Cottonwood is a tree with triangular, toothed leaves and gets its name from the fluffy white seeds it produces.
