CLEVELAND - Northeast Ohioans be warned: an Honest Tea test is under way.

We won't reveal where or how -- but we are currently working on a story about the honesty of people in our area.

As part of a national marketing campaign, drink maker, Honest Tea, is setting up an experiment involving their product to test just how honest we really are.

The social experiment is taking place this week in more than 30 cities across America, including Cleveland.

The company said they will compile the data collected and release what they are calling a "National Honesty Index" early next week.

NewsChannel5 will be covering the test in a discreet manner so as not to taint the results.

As for details, we will only say the test involves whether to pay or not to pay.

Tune in to NewsChannel5 and check back to newsnet5.com this evening to see what we uncover about the true honesty of our friends and neighbors.
