Video shows woman at center of deadly Cleveland police shooting threatening cops in previous arrest

CLEVELAND - New video released shows the woman at the center of the fatal Cleveland police shooting threatens officers in previous arrest.

Malissa Williams was killed after police opened fire a week ago on the car she and Timothy Russell were in.

In the arrest video above, Williams in seen in the back of a police cruiser agitated and threatening officers just weeks before she was shot and killed following a high-speed chase.

The investigation into the shooting of Williams and Russell is ongoing. All 13 officers involved in the chase-turned-deadly-double-shooting have been interviewed. Investigators said they plan to finish speaking to about 20 to 25 officers by next week.

Investigators said 137 rounds were fired and one officer reloaded his gun multiple times.

Jeff Follmer, president of the Cleveland Police Patrolman Association, said officers are trained to, "go until the threat is stopped."

It's still unclear at this point if someone from the Malibu driven by Russell fired a shot. Results of the residue tests are not complete.
