CLEVELAND - Four Cleveland judges will wed couples at Tower City on Valentine's Day.
It's anticipated 30 couples will come to Tower City to say "I do" on Thursday.
The ceremonies will be held on Valentine's Day from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Skylight Concourse's grand staircase.
You have to have your marriage license in advance, which costs $50, to get married.
It's the fifth straight year for the wedding ceremonies at the mall.
