CLEVELAND - Wednesday morning could be a congested commute for folks heading into downtown Cleveland.
On Tuesday, the Lake Erie Monsters announced that Wed. Feb. 15 is Student Education Day at Quicken Loans Arena. The 4th annual event is expecting to draw in more than 7,000 local students and teachers from around Northeast Ohio.
The folks at the Q expect nearly 200 school buses and vans to arrive downtown beginning around 9 a.m. for a 10:45 a.m. game.
The extra traffic is expected to create some congestion for rush hour traffic as the buses drop off students around the arena. Drivers should expect delays around the Q and are encouraged to allow extra travel time for their morning commute.
