CLEVELAND - Police have located a 2-year-old who was missing from the city’s east side Friday.
According to Cleveland police, the child was found at a home on Kempton Road.
They said it was believed a non-custodial parent had snatched the 2-year-old child in the area of East 93rd and Woodland around 8:59 a.m. but the child was dropped off at a relative's house and it is a custody issue.
