CLEVELAND - Three off-duty Cleveland police officers were at a strip club early Friday morning when dispatch received a report of shots fired.
Officers were called to East 13th Street and Rockwell Avenue just before 3 a.m. Sgt. Sammy Morris said their investigation found that no shots were fired inside the Crazy Horse, but they cannot confirm if shots were fired outside.
Morris said one man was arrested for disorderly conduct intoxication.
Cleveland.com reported that one of the officers at the Crazy Horse who Detective Christopher Ereg, who was involved in the deadly chase and shooting in November.
A federal lawsuit from October accused Ereg and others of dragging a woman to a patrol car and then handcuffed her so tightly that she was left with nerve damage, which required surgery.
Morris said the Cleveland Division of Police Integrity Control Section is investigating the incident.
