CLEVELAND - Three dead dogs were found along a curb on Cleveland’s east side Tuesday afternoon.
The animals were left in dog food bags at East 102nd Street and Meech Avenue, according to Cleveland police. That's near Dove Playground.
Sharon Harvey with the Cleveland APL said they do not know what killed the dogs at this time. A veterinarian is scheduled to perform a necropsy, or animal autopsy, on Wednesday.
