CLEVELAND - A 16-year-old boy has been taken into custody after allegedly stealing, then driving a bus early Thursday morning.

RTA said transit police apprehended the teen at Superior Avenue and East 12th Street.

They said the bus had minor damage but no one was injured.

The boy was turned over to Cleveland police and charges are pending. As a juvenile, his identity will not be released.

An investigation on the incident is being led by RTA transit police.
