CLEVELAND - A man surrendered to police around 2:30 a.m. Thursday after barricading himself inside a home at East 65th Street and Hosmer Avenue in Cleveland for about two hours.
Police said a man walked outside the home, fired a gun in the air and then went back inside. Police confirm they returned fire. No injuries are being reported. It happened around 12:30 a.m. Thursday.
Cleveland Police and the Cleveland SWAT responded.
At about 2:30a.m., police said the man walked outside the home with his hands in the air. No injuries are being reported. Police the man had two children in the house with him; a five-year-old and an 18 month-old.
