CLEVELAND - A 17-year-old boy is in custody in the shooting death of another teen at a party over the weekend.
Just after 1 a.m. Sunday, Cleveland police were called to a house on East 66th Street. Cleveland police said the victim got into an argument while at the party and the confrontation moved outside.
Another teen walked up to the victim and shot him in the head before running away, police said.
The victim, identified as Kortez McRae, 17, of Cleveland was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center, where he died from his injuries.
Cleveland police are not releasing any additional information about the suspect because he is a juvenile.
