CLEVELAND - A man who allegedly fired at Cleveland police officers while intoxicated Tuesday morning was in court Thursday.
Kevin Donnellan appeared in Cleveland Municipal Court and pleaded not guilty to using weapons while intoxicated and discharging a firearm.
He was handed a $25,000 bond.
Police said the incident happened in the 900 block of Starkweather Ave. when officers arrived at the scene where they said shots were fired at them from a second floor window.
Officers took cover and eventually took three men who were allegedly drunk, Kevin Donnellan, Scott Taylor and Kevin Kowalski, into custody.
Donnellan has a pretrial hearing at 9 a.m. on Feb. 20. The two other men are also scheduled to appear in court.
