CLEVELAND - Cleveland police need your help identifying two men they said robbed YaYa Mart on Sept. 25 and killed the store clerk.
Gunfire erupted inside the Union Avenue business around 9 p.m. on Sept. 25. Cleveland police said two men came inside and asked the store owner for change before pulling out a handgun and trying to rob him.
That's when police said the store owner pulled out his own gun and the two exchanged fire.
Several of the bullets hit the store clerk, 57-year-old Duane Jacobs. EMS took Jacobs to a local hospital where he later died from his injuries.
The suspects took off in a silver minivan northbound on E. 99th Street before police arrived.
The store owner was not hurt.
If you know who the pictured men are, you can anonymously call Cleveland police at (216) 623-5464 or Crime Stoppers at (216) 252-7463.
