CLEVELAND - Rev. Father Eric Orzech has a unique role in the Polish community and in the ever transforming Diocese of Cleveland.
Orzech was installed as the pastor of the reopened historic St. Casimir Church in November of 2012. Now, he's also been installed formally by Bishop Richard Lennon as the pastor of the historic Shrine Church of St. Stanislaus, the mother church of many of the Cleveland Polish parishes.
On Sunday, Father Eric accepted his assignment in front of the congregation, openly embracing the opportunity to serve both parishes that have strong followings and want to continue into the future.
What also makes Father Eric unique is that he speaks Polish.
Both churches are also among the most beautiful and well known in the Cleveland-area.
