STATE COLLEGE, Pa. - A small jet en route from Cleveland to New York made an emergency landing in central Pennsylvania.
No one was hurt.
The Centre Daily Times reports that Delta Flight 6044 was traveling from Cleveland to New York's LaGuardia Airport on Tuesday night when smoke was seen in the cockpit.
The regional jet made an emergency landing at University Park Airport. Airport Director Bryan Rodgers says all 16 people aboard, including 12 passengers and four crew members, made it off safely.
The jet was operated by Chautauqua Airlines.
