CLEVELAND - The man from Seven Hills accused of killing a homeless man who lived with him for a short time pleaded not guilty to the charges Tuesday.
Frank Dienes, 44, entered his plea in a Cuyahoga County courtroom.
Dienes is charged with aggravated murder, tampering with evidence and gross abuse of a corpse in the shooting death of Joseph Kopp, 58, who was found buried in the woods behind Dienes’ house on Oakwood Drive.
Police said the crime happened on or around March 13.
The judge set Dienes’ bond at $500,000 and he remained in jail as of Tuesday morning.
