CLEVELAND - Cleveland police are investigating after a woman was hit and killed by a train on the city’s west side late Wednesday night.

According to police, the fatal accident happened around 10:30 p.m. near the intersection of West 117th Street and Madison Avenue. The woman was hit by a Norfolk Southern train.
