CLEVELAND - Cleveland Police are seeking the public's help after a 46-year-old man was shot in an east side clubhouse early Saturday morning.
Police said Robert Harris of Cleveland was shot around 4:15 am after a large fight broke out at Zulu's clubhouse at 1156 East 71st Street.
Harris was shot in his chest and abdomen by an unknown male suspect after a verbal altercation inside of the clubhouse. The suspect is described as a black male, 5”9, slender, with a light complexion, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and red pants. he suspect reportedly has a teardrop tattoo under his eye and reportedly fled the area on foot.
Another male member of the crowd fired back at the suspect in Harris's defense and was arrested.
Harris was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center for treatment. His condition is unknown at this time.
