CLEVELAND - A local organization is saying no to the proposed Horseshoe Casino skywalk.

OurCLE, a Cleveland grassroots campaign, has launched a Civic Commons petition initiative to educate the public and advocate against the skywalk.

They have over 80 signatures for the petition now. After receiving 100 signatures, the group will send the online petition to the chief appeals officer at the National Register of Historic Places.

The group claims the skywalk will hurt downtown businesses.
