46-year-old man dies after being shot in abdomen near Miles and Lotus Drive in Cleveland

CLEVELAND - A man shot in the abdomen by a teen at Lotus Drive and Miles Avenue Tuesday afternoon has died, Cleveland police said.

Two teens reportedly went up to the victim around 2:11 p.m. and one pulled out a handgun and shot the man in the abdomen before fleeing the scene, police said.

The victim was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center where he later died. The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's office identified the man as 46-year-old Eddie Morrison, of Cleveland.
